Yes. All treatments used by Imperial Care are certified to UAE regulatory standards. We advise you to keep children and pets out of treated areas for 2–4 hours while products dry — after which they are completely safe.
❓ How long does pest control take?
A standard apartment treatment takes 1–2 hours. A large villa or commercial space may take 2–4 hours. We give you an accurate time estimate when you book.
❓ Do I need to leave my home during pest control?
We recommend vacating the treated areas during the application and for 2–4 hours afterwards. Most clients are back home the same day, usually in the afternoon.
❓ What if pests return after treatment?
If pests return within 30 days of treatment, we return at no additional cost. For severe infestations, we may recommend a follow-up treatment which is discounted for existing clients.
❓ Do you offer pest control contracts for commercial properties?
Yes. We provide quarterly and monthly pest control contracts for restaurants, hotels, clinics, schools, and office buildings across Abu Dhabi — with priority scheduling and documented treatment records.
