We recommend a minimum of 4 services per year in Abu Dhabi's climate — once before summer (April), once mid-summer (July), once after summer (October), and once in winter (January). High-use or commercial units benefit from more frequent visits.
What does each maintenance visit include?
Every visit includes: full filter and coil deep clean, drain line clearing, gas pressure check, electrical and mechanical inspection, blower and fan service, outdoor condenser clean, and a written report. It is a complete service — not a quick wipe-down.
What is an AMC and how does it work?
An Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is a fixed-price agreement where we service your AC units on a scheduled basis throughout the year. You pay one annual fee and we handle everything — scheduling, visits, reminders, and priority support if anything goes wrong between visits.
Are repairs covered under the AMC?
The AMC covers all scheduled maintenance visits and includes a priority call-out service. Repairs to faulty parts are charged separately — but AMC clients receive a 10–20% discount on all repair costs, and we prioritise AMC clients for same-day response.
Can I get a contract for just one or two AC units?
