❓ Does Imperial Care provide a cleaning certificate?

Yes. We provide a cleaning receipt and, on request, a cleaning certificate listing all areas cleaned — useful for deposit disputes and landlord handovers.

❓ How much notice do you need for a move-out clean?

We prefer 24 hours’ notice but can often accommodate same-day requests. WhatsApp us your property details and we will confirm availability immediately.

❓ How long does a move-out clean take?

A 2-bedroom apartment typically takes 4–6 hours. A large villa may require 8–10 hours with a larger team. We give you an accurate estimate when you book.

❓ Will you guarantee my deposit return?

We clean to landlord inspection standard and offer a free reinspection service if any area is flagged. While we cannot legally guarantee deposit return (as it depends on other factors too), our standard of clean resolves most cleaning-related deposit disputes.

❓ Can you collect keys from the estate agent?

Yes. We regularly work with Abu Dhabi estate agents and property managers — we can collect keys directly from your agent or landlord.
